20 years
I went to the Britten 20years event the other week, well pleased with all the things I saw and people I got to know.
More on this later.
Bikeshow
Last week I was at the Swedish bike show, ISR had the supermono I did the carbon parts for on display.
Eicma
Long time since update, yes nothing much has been going on the workshop but on the planning stage more is happening.
I was at Eicma and talked to some companies about work in the future, looks good.

MRX
Here it is, the TYGA performance MRX kit for the Honda MSX125.
Design by Daniel Gunnarsson and I did the clay model, this was another 4 week job and even though it was very hectic, it was also very enjoyable.

Wait is over
well not just yet, or already...
I have been busy with my baby girl, now 3 months old, racing my miniGP bike and other new projects, but things are moving forward on an old project, same one as below, almost done...

DONE
And here she is, the ISR-Lindman supermono racer.
Tank/seat fairing,
self-supporting subframe that hold the radiator,
front and internal air channels for the radiator,
airbox and rear fender/hugger.
All designed and prototyped by me, all in carbon.
This marks the end of my work on this project, at least as far as prototyping goes.
It has been great to work with ISR and also to work on a bike that people like
Stellan Egeland has worked on.
I will now close the workshop door for others and focus on designing and claymodelling my own bikes,
but first a bit of summer.
Great success
Happy times, the rear subframe/ radiator housing turned out good.
Not that shiny but this is straight out of mold.

Almost all
This is almost all the mold parts, just a light polish before release agent and then I can start to make parts, well that is if a rather worthless german company will deliver the resin this week,
only 3 weeks after I ordered.

Happy easter
Well thats me being happy for all the extra time I get in the workshop,
yesterdays 14 hours work took me back on pace with the molds, feels great.

waxed
This is how the surfaces looked after release agents, feels good to close the book
on the plug building stage.

On the side
This weekend I had a break in the ISR work, I painted the fairings for my brothers sidecar racer,
I also did the paint-scheme design in the first "photoshop" pic.

Next stage
In a matter of a day or two I can start to apply the release agents and then start with the mold making.
The fairing is not completely modified yet, but further work will be done after the exhaust is done.
Front view, air intake to the radiator.
Other side, throttle cables will not go down like this, they will enter the
airbox horizontally.
The fuel tank is obviously missing here, it will be under the airbox.

Intake
soon
Not long to go now before the subframe is 100%, it will be very nice to go in next stage,
waxing and mould making.
waxing and mould making.
When I have a minute to spare..
Ones again, while I work on the ISR bike I have to do some clay work sometimes, to get piece of mind.
Left or right side, thats the question.
Finally
The radiator has arrived and after some adjustments it fits nicely in the subframe/housing.
Now I can speed things up with air funnel etc that connects to the subframe.

softer
Today I
made the, for me, painful job of putting radius on most edges.
Painful coz I generally like sharp edges but things come alive when this is done, and I will thank my self during the laminating phase.

Meanwhile in Sweden
Whats going on, no updates in a while..
Well I am waiting for the radiator to arrive, I can not fully complete the subframe without it so
I focus on things like air intake and balancing the tank/rear dummy.
So spray filler, sanding and meticulous measuring is what I spend my days with at the moment.

Clay day
Again things on the customer bike need hours to harden etc so I get a few hours to work on my trackday bike.
Remember the thing I did on the rear on the left side?
After some days that looked, well like shit and I had to redo it,
but on the right side this time.
This is what I did today, looks better?

Make my mind up maybe?
Well I said that the design was final a few days ago, but as it turned out I found
some improvements.
Should I say it again?
yes this is final.
