Can´t say much about this work, but time will tell.
DONE
And here she is, the ISR-Lindman supermono racer.
Tank/seat fairing,
self-supporting subframe that hold the radiator,
front and internal air channels for the radiator,
airbox and rear fender/hugger.
All designed and prototyped by me, all in carbon.
This marks the end of my work on this project, at least as far as prototyping goes.
It has been great to work with ISR and also to work on a bike that people like
Stellan Egeland has worked on.
I will now close the workshop door for others and focus on designing and claymodelling my own bikes,
but first a bit of summer.
Great success
Happy times, the rear subframe/ radiator housing turned out good.
Not that shiny but this is straight out of mold.

Almost all
This is almost all the mold parts, just a light polish before release agent and then I can start to make parts, well that is if a rather worthless german company will deliver the resin this week,
only 3 weeks after I ordered.
only 3 weeks after I ordered.
Happy easter
Well thats me being happy for all the extra time I get in the workshop,
yesterdays 14 hours work took me back on pace with the molds, feels great.

waxed
This is how the surfaces looked after release agents, feels good to close the book
on the plug building stage.
on the plug building stage.
On the side
This weekend I had a break in the ISR work, I painted the fairings for my brothers sidecar racer,
I also did the paint-scheme design in the first "photoshop" pic.

Next stage
In a matter of a day or two I can start to apply the release agents and then start with the mold making.
The fairing is not completely modified yet, but further work will be done after the exhaust is done.
Front view, air intake to the radiator.
Other side, throttle cables will not go down like this, they will enter the
airbox horizontally.
The fuel tank is obviously missing here, it will be under the airbox.

Intake
soon
Not long to go now before the subframe is 100%, it will be very nice to go in next stage,
waxing and mould making.
waxing and mould making.
When I have a minute to spare..
Ones again, while I work on the ISR bike I have to do some clay work sometimes, to get piece of mind.
Left or right side, thats the question.
